Outline of funding opportunities:
$25,000-50,000 investment —– This is designed for the investor with some capital that wants their money turned quickly so that it’s not “tied up” in a property for a long period of time. These investors have their funds out for an average of 75 days and can see annualized returns of 20%+ on their capital because of how fast the money is used and returned.
$50,000-$150,000 —- This investment level usually consists of being a part of 2-3 opportunities at the same time. The funds are used for a 75-120 day period and the annualized returns are in the 10-12% range depending on the investment opportunities that arise.
$150,000+ —- These are individualized opportunities that have partnership in mind and are customized to the investor’s goals for their funds. Typically an investor will fund most of the entire acquisition of the property which allows them to capture all of the costs that would normally go to a lender, in addition to capturing a portion of the overall project’s profit.
