If you’re not hitting 30+ transactions annually, consider cutting your cap in half and running with the Fox Financial Group to start your growing your career at eXp Realty.
While under your cap you’ll have an 80/20 split with eXp and Fox Financial for a total of an $8k cap vs a $16k cap to eXp Realty as an independent agent. The broker will get the first $4k at an 80/20 split, and after they’ve been paid Fox Financial will get the second $4k at an 80/20 split. After that Agents are earning 100% of their commissions (minus eXp’s small transaction fees)!
